All of my event chip starts are Per USATF rules, video / gun time is used to determine prize money winners and time bonus recipients. Video/Tag time (chip time) will be used to determine all age-group. If you kicked it in the end and crossed the finish line before your head to head competitor and you obviously beat your competitor this will eliminate the chip start times. Gun Times will be used.
